The form collects your name, company, email, phone number, business interest, deal scope and message. Only your name, email, interest, message and acceptance of this information are required. Do not include identity documents, banking details or particularly sensitive information.
Purpose and storage
Your data is used to review and respond to your business enquiry. It is stored in a private file on the Castillo Trade Madrid server hosted by Hostinger and is not published on the website. The form does not send your data to advertising services or image libraries.
Retention
Form enquiries are retained for a maximum of 180 days, unless a subsequent business relationship requires separate processing. Access is restricted to server administration.
Questions about your data
You may use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion, identifying your enquiry with the same email address used to submit it. Temporary business contact details will be replaced when the actual details are available.
Technical data
Temporary submission limits help reduce spam. The connection address is used in memory for this purpose and is not added to the enquiry file. No analytics tools or advertising cookies are used.
